Rain or Shine!  The Vintage Garage vintage flea market is 100% covered, making this an easy set up and break down for vintage vendors.

All in one day.

Set up, sell and break down. There's a sense of urgency. We're there to get it done. It's all about buying and selling great vintage.

If you decide to sell at Vintage Garage Chicago the following month, you can leave a deposit at the show to keep your space. If you prefer, you can pay for multiple shows at once.

Full Space

The cost for a full space at Vintage Garage Chicago is $195. 

A full space measures approximately 18'x18' feet, or two parking spaces. This includes room for a vehicle. 

Load in for full space dealers happens at 6:30 am the day of the show.  A few things, there is no electric access and the clearance is 7 feet 7 inches. 

Half Space

a 9'x18' half space is $125.. Load in for half spaces begins at 7:00 am. Do not line up before your load in time.

Extras

6 Foot tables are available for rent and should be ordered ahead $12, $15 on site if we have any.

A few more things-

1. Vendors drive their vehicles right into the Vintage Garage Chicago vintage flea market. At 7 ft 6 inches, the clearance is taller than the Uptown location.
2. The show is on the 5th floor, making it impossible for a truck to unload from the street.  (Elevators cannot be used to load in)
3. It's a ONE day show. You arrive at 6:30am - 7:30am and most are pulling out by 4:30 p.m.
4. No tents needed! This flea market is open air, but covered. A few major downpours in our past seasons proved that buying and selling vintage at the Garage stops for no weather!

🛍️ How do I reserve a space at Vintage Garage Chicago?

🙋 Do you take special requests?
Yes! Notify us via email at hey@vintagegaragechicago.com of any special requests and we will do our best to accommodate. However, please note that nothing is promised.

🪑 Are tables provided for each booth?
No, but tables are available for rent at the time your application is submitted. If you decide you need a table after submitting your application, send an email to hey@vintagegaragechicago.com and we will try to accommodate based on availability.

💺 Are chairs provided for each booth?
No, vendors are expected to bring their own chairs.

🚛 Where can I find load-in instructions?

🚪 Where exactly do I enter?
Enter the garage on Maple and a VGC employee will direct you once you enter.

📏 How tall is the garage clearance?
The clearance is 7’ 6”.

🚐 Will a cargo van fit?
Yes, as long as it’s not taller than 7’ 6”.

🚚 Will a Sprinter van fit?
No, Sprinter vans are too tall to enter.

🚛 Can I bring a trailer in?
Yes, you can pull in with a trailer, but you must pull the trailer into your space to unload.

🚪 Is there a loading dock?
No. All vehicles must enter/exit the garage on Maple.

🅿️ Is there dealer parking?
Yes, dealers and customers can park for free on adjacent floors of the garage.

🕗 What time may we load in?
Load-in for full spaces begins at 6:30 am and load-in for half spaces begins at 7:00 am. Please don’t arrive before your assigned time or you will be asked to get out of line. Load-in for special circumstances or prepaid full season vendors begins at 6 am.

🎪 When will I receive my booth number?
Vendors will receive booth numbers upon arrival on the day of the event. There is no advance notice of booth numbers.

📝 Is signage provided for each booth with name and booth number?
No.

🏷️ Will you provide name tags or lanyards for vendors?
No.

👥 How many people can assist me at the event?
Although you are not limited to the number of people that can assist you with load in/load out, only one other person besides you is permitted to assist you during show hours.

🚛 Are there porters available to assist me with load in/load out?
No.

📱 Do you have a texting app in place for notifications?
No.

💰 Do I need to collect sales tax?
Yes, vendors are responsible for collecting and paying their own sales tax. The 2023 sales tax rate in Evanston is 10.25%. We also have the tax forms for you.

💡 Is electricity available?
There is no electricity available in the garage other than the overhead industrial lights. Feel free to bring a quiet generator if electricity is required.

📶 Is there Wifi?
No, there is no wifi in the garage. Vendors have been able to use payment apps on their smartphones with little trouble, but always plan for alternative forms of payment.

🛍️ Do booths have walls where I can hang merchandise?
No.

👗 Are there dressing rooms available for customers?
No, but feel free to set up a pop-up dressing room in your booth.

🌡️ Is the garage temperature controlled?
No, it’s a covered but open air
